Refund & Return Policy

To help you enjoy shopping at FORMILL fitness equipment online store, we provide a return and refund policy as follows:

We have a 14-day return policy for quality issues, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For non-quality issues (change of mind), a 14-day return policy applies with the buyer bearing all return shipping costs, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Returns are not allowed after 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, it must include all items that were inside the box (accessories, hardware, etc.), and be in its original packaging. You'll also need the original proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged during delivery, please refuse the package. Signing for the package confirms acceptance in good condition. For contactless deliveries, take clear photos of the damaged package (including shipping label) before opening.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@formill.net. If your return is accepted, we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. FORMILL is not responsible for the shipping cost of packages returned by customers without prior authorization.

RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS

Quality Issues

  • Within 14 days (unused): Full refund accepted if issues cannot be resolved by replacing parts. Return label provided. Product must be returned with original packaging and all accessories within the 14-day period.

  • After 14 days (used): Returns only accepted with prior approval. Generally, repairs or replacement parts will be arranged instead of returns.

Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind, Minor Scratches, No Road Certificate, etc.)

  • Within 14 days: Return accepted. Customer bears all return shipping costs. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and don‘t affect resale.. If the item cannot be resold, a full refund may not be issued.

  • Remorse / Order Cancellation

    • Before shipment: Full refund, no fees.

    • After shipment / Change of mind: Customer pays €230 return shipping fee per fitness equipment unit.

    • Wrong product purchased: Customer pays €230 return shipping fee.

    Delivery Issues

    • Package cannot be delivered / Lost in transit: Free resend or full refund provided. Claims process initiated if undelivered after 2 weeks; refund typically processed after about 1 month.

    • Customer refuses package: Customer pays €230 return shipping fee. An additional €230 reshipping fee applies if customer still wants the item after return.

    Defective Issues Refund

    • Within 7 days: Free exchange or full refund for wrong/damaged/defective items.

    • Over 7 days: Returns not accepted. Repair with FORMILL guidance provided. Photos/videos of the issue are required.

    Non-quality Issues Refund

    • Within 7 days only: Refund accepted for unopened, unused items in original packaging with all accessories. €230 shipping fee deducted from refund. FORMILL does not cover the package box fee.

  • RETURN PACKAGING & SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Clean the Equipment: Clean the fitness equipment thoroughly, especially frame, handles, wheels, etc. Take photos after cleaning (uncleaned items may affect refund amount).

    2. Pack Properly: Pack as received, including all accessories and manuals.

    3. Return Label: Print the return label and cover the original shipping label. Take photos of all six sides of the package.

    4. Return Deadline:

      • Drop-off: Ship within 7 working days of receiving return label and provide proof of shipment.

      • Pick-up: Schedule pickup within 7 working days of return approval and provide proof of handover.

    5. Proof of Delivery: Keep the receipt signed by the courier (second page of return label) and send us a photo for claims purposes in case of loss.

    6. Lost Packages: If the return package is lost, refund will be processed after we enter the  claims process (typically takes about 1 month from report).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  1. Products from Unauthorized Resellers

  2. Damage caused by human error/misuse

  3. Special orders

  4. Giveaways or free items

  5. Online sale accessories

  6. Extra purchased accessories (sold as-is)

Warranty Service:

  • 0-3 Months: Free replacement parts (Formill covers shipping).

  • 3-6 Months (Main Components): Free replacement parts (customer pays shipping).

  • 0-3 Months (Functional Parts): Free replacement parts (customer pays shipping).

  • After Warranty: Customer pays for parts and shipping.

  • Repairs: Free repairs within 1-year warranty. Formill  covers return shipping within 1 month; after 1 month, customer pays shipping to German repair center. Repair time: 1-3 weeks (excl. transport).

Conditions NOT Covered by Warranty:

  1. Modifications with non-original parts

  2. Violent use or abuse

  3. Accidents, natural disasters, war

  4. Water damage

  5. Voltage instability damage

  6. Expired warranty parts


REFUND PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.

  • PayPal Refunds: Up to 48 hours.

  • Credit Card Refunds: 7-14 business days (depends on issuer).


CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Address cannot be changed after the fitness equipment has been shipped.

ABOUT REFUND DIFFERENCE PRICE

  1. Partial refund of price difference accepted within 7 days.

  2. Not acceptable after 7 days (free gift may be offered as alternative).
