EU: Free shipping to countries: Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Austria, Sweden, France, Czech Republic, Belgium, Poland, Estonia, Germany, Luxembourg, Latvia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy.
(Please note: Some remote islands in these countries are not eligible for delivery.)

Undeliverable Areas:
Greece: We are currently unable to ship to Greece due to no available shipping channels.
Island Regions: Remote island regions of EU countries.

Processing Time:
For "In Stock" products, it typically takes 1-2 business days from our warehouse to prepare for shipping after the order is placed. The tracking information can take extra time to be updated after the tracking number is created.

Shipping Time:
For EU market: 3-7 business days.

Note:
Once you have ordered, please track your package two days later here: https://www.17track.net/en and you can receive your order in about 4-9 working days.
The estimated shipping time is only an estimation based on our experiences and does not include processing time.
